Pay scales, and the new now.....
You may have heard that the highly paid Glenn Ordway is not so highly paid anymore. Seriously, he's still making a lot of money, but just not as much as before.
Apparently his contract had a performance clause, that in the "old world" of radio, no one ever worried about. That was before the "New Now".
Ordway wasn't the only performer with a lucrative contract affected by the the restructuring of radio pay scale.
