Globe's Alex Beam and WILD......
The Globe's Alex Beam has been listening to Radio One's WILD...and, more specifically, to their paid programming from China Radio International (CRI).
My WILD Summer
Whiling away hazy, lazy days listening to broadcasts of China Radio International on a local AM station
[Note: Beam doesn't realize that WILD is a daytimer, a station that must sign off after sunset. He has been hearing WBAL in Baltimore booming in after sunset, and mistakenly believes it is being re-broadcast by WILD here in Boston.)
