‘Rush Radio’ makes big run in ratings
I don't know if it's a "big run" for RushRadio1200...but it's shown some growth...which is more than anyone can say for any other talk efforts in recent years.
Nice to have more choices on the dial!

Pirate radio ordered to stop
Flava 105.5 lacks license
WORCESTER — The Federal Communications Commission has issued a second cease-and-desist order against a pirate FM radio station, which also is receiving criticism from a Main South neighborhood activist for promoting after-hours parties.
The question is will the FCC take the necessary action if the station stays on the air, defying the FCC order.

WRKO suspends talk show host Carr
Julie Kahn, vice president and marketing manager for Entercom Boston, which owns the station, said Carr’s behavior toward his employer has become increasingly caustic and intolerable.
‘‘His behavior and his anger at the company is unacceptable because he denigrates the company, the medium, the station, the signal, and he’s a highly, highly, highly paid employee,’’ she said.
