Worcester Pirate Ordered to Stop...
Pirate radio ordered to stop
Flava 105.5 lacks license
WORCESTER — The Federal Communications Commission has issued a second cease-and-desist order against a pirate FM radio station, which also is receiving criticism from a Main South neighborhood activist for promoting after-hours parties.
The question is will the FCC take the necessary action if the station stays on the air, defying the FCC order.
(PS: The pirate station has a lounge?)
